In 2023, I took on an astrology services product -
The Art of Living JyotisVastu Academy as a UX designer. What began as a small platform quickly became one of the biggets players in a billion dollar market—customers grew, brand recognition soared, and I found myself working directly with the CEO on something deeply personal to him.
Impressed by the impact, the CEO offered me something rare: the chance to build a new design practice inside Sumeru Inc.
While there had been previous attempts, the timing and my background created the right conditions for it to take root. With a blend of fine arts training, experience running one of the largest student-led creative agencies, and the persistence of a freelancer who knew how to source and deliver projects, I set out to build the practice from the ground up.

Within 2 months, I was given the opportunity to rebrand Sumeru's 20-year old symbol to a more fresh and modern look
In January 2024, I officially began.
Within a week, I landed my first client. Then another. Then another.
I made a simple rule for myself: always deliver more than what’s asked for.
That meant 12–14 hour days, juggling design delivery with prospecting, pitching, and building trust.
By the end of 2023, the numbers told the story: 20+ client projects completed.
Agencies and partners began to see us not just as another design shop, but as a long-term creative partner.
It became clear that this attempt at building a new creative practice at Sumeru Inc. wasn't going to be like anything tried before.

Continuing the Momentum
2024 marked a turning point. We nearly doubled our revenue through new client onboarding and the strength of continued long-term relationships. To keep up with demand, we grew our on-shore team with new resources, ensuring we could deliver at scale while maintaining the creativity and attention to detail that defined our beginnings.
