User selects their consultation of choice
Selects consultant
Fills out personal information
Fills out consultation details
After all this, it turns out, there is no slot available and no way to continue with another consultant, the user now has to start the process all over again.
There we have it, the biggest pain point that is costing the business potential customers.
Solution
We solved this with 2 approaches:
The quick path: We built a much faster user flow that will get the user directly into the booking flow from the moment they enter the homepage.
Journey Re-order: We consolidated 2-steps into one with an input section where the user can very quickly arrive at a consultant with their desired availability.
